The Founder’s Office oversees all initiatives related to the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE's founder.

Zayed Humanitarian Day
In partnership with the Founder’s Office, Erth Zayed Philanthropies launched the visual identity for Zayed Humanitarian Day.
The visual identity of Zayed Humanitarian Day, inspired by nineteen parallel lines and the moon’s phase on the 19th of Ramadan, reflects the enduring and ever-renewing impact of Sheikh Zayed’s humanitarian vision—one that embodies the values of generosity and compassion while reaffirming the importance of human solidarity.

Year of Zayed
To commemorate the centennial anniversary of Sheikh Zayed’s birth in 1918, His Highness the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, officially declared 2018 as the “Year of Zayed.”
The Year of Zayed was a nationwide and international initiative designed to honour the vision and leadership of the UAE’s founder.
To that end, the office’s first task was to oversee, coordinate, and execute the strategic planning and public relations of the Year of Zayed initiative.
